Cutting board care: To wash your cutting board simply use hot soapy water. Do not let the board soak in water and do not put it in the dishwasher or it may warp or crack. Apply a small amount of board conditioner after the first few uses to ensure longevity. If the board starts to look dry, apply another coat.
